In overall, the place is quiet, has very welcoming staff at reception desk. The location it offers is marvellous, just next door to St Andrew Square where tour buses stop, attractions, shopping, and the railway station and supermarket. New Town is a district that deserves exploring.

Enjoyed this place, it was quiet. It was in an excellent and perfect location near a bus stop. Was in a good area and near restaurants and bars. The hotel staff was responsive, not annoying.

The room was well-appointed and good-sized with comfortable beds and a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a dining area. A bath was large and everything was second to none. Near a bus stop, the location was MAGNIFICENT and unbeatable, for all Edinburgh's sights.

I had 5 nights in Edinburgh, spending the time here lovely. All the staff was very welcoming and pleasant, tackled my issues. The food provided was fabulous! The hotel was in the very central setting close to the Princess St tram stop. And it was also right by grocery shops, the train station and restaurants, shops and landmarks such as the Edinburgh Castle.

Had a really good stay here. Really enjoyed Edinburgh, the hotel was quiet close to the Princess St tram stop. My silent and airy room came with washer/dryer and coffee, for example. A fridge, an oven and kitchenware were an advantage. The staff were responsive and so efficient yet not intrusive. The venue was in an ideal location close to bus terminal, great bars, and many restaurants.
